Amit Mishra over claims that he ambushed a lady producer in an hotel room

Indian police said they have summoned Indian cricketer Amit Mishra over claims that he ambushed a lady producer in an inn room in southern Bangalore city.



"We have recorded a FIR (first information report) against Mishra on the premise of the protestation Vandana documented on September 27 and issued a notification requesting that he show up before our examining officer inside of a week," Sandeep Patil, Bangalore delegate chief of police told columnists.

The lady, distinguished by police as Vandana, charged the 32 year old Indian right arm leg spinner of ambushing her with a pot at an extravagance inn on September 25.

Patil said they have sent a duplicate of the summons to the Indian cricket board, as the denounced was going to a camp composed by the board in the city when the affirmed episode happened.
